Car was dropped off for a detail, oil change, tire

Car was dropped off for a detail, oil change, tire rotation and faulty seat check. Tires were not rotated, confirmed by the spare tire still on the front drivers side. No detail was done- there is straw in the back and the front is dirty. The seat was noted to be fine but it is clearly missing padding on the outer edge of the drivers seat, which was even acknowledged by the salesman who sold it to me there. I drive 2 hours to pick up after hours so I was unable to talk to anyone there.

My wife and I drove to the dealership 90 minutes away

My wife and I drove to the dealership 90 minutes away from our home after speaking with them on the phone. We arrived close to time for the dealership to close. We ultimately made a deal and went home with a new durango. Everyone was nice and courteous and stayed late to finish up all the financing and paperwork. Thank you to all of you for staying after hours to make it all happen!
