Catherine was absolutely fantastic to work with! Her promptness, courtesy, and professionalism were exceptional. As a former GM of a Ford Lincoln store, I have high standards when it comes to judging character, and Catherine is definitely someone I would want on my team. She made the entire purchasing process enjoyable, efficient, and worthwhile. The fact that there was no haggling involved made the car-buying experience incredibly pleasant. Therefore that’s why I traveled 630 miles to purchase my 2023 Raptor.

Absolutely avoid Schomp Ford! I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read this review and let this dealership know, they can’t treat people this way. Schomp ford has no integrity…apparently unless you show up with cash in hand and don’t ask questions. In the pipeline to buy a truck only delayed by them not me, they have allowed someone to step in front of me in line, to buy the truck I’ve been waiting to buy for 5 days. I got a text from them saying sorry, First come first serve. Ya Adam, I am “first come” I started this process... I’m in the pipeline. They wait behind me to see if my deal falls through not vice versa. These guys preach they are all about customer service… I can promise you that is not the case. I was passed around repeatedly. Alex, Adam, Andrew etc These guys only hire people with names that start with “A”? Weird. I’m a former WBC and Ikf world champion and Jiu Jitsu black belt… my point is, as a mixed martial artist, I hold integrity above all else. I am a full-time single parent raising my daughter, alone, and Schomp Ford is playing games, wasting my time and resources, then being opportunistic, scavengers and allowing someone to step in line in front of me to purchase a vehicle, I’ve been planning to buy for the last five days… just on hold waiting for these guys to do their job. I hope that all MMA Enthusiasts, Single parents and people that find this to be nothing less than obtuse, look to purchase a vehicle, elsewhere in support of doing the right thing and making big corporate companies like this know that they can’t treat the American people, like disposable commodities at their convenience. Catherine was a huge help in purchasing my first car. She was transparent about pricing, accommodated some complicated circumstances (I was buying a car in Denver while living in Detroit) by filming videos of the vehicle that I requested and walking through all of the options via Zoom, and was generally just great to work with. She answered all the questions I had and made the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. I would definitely work with her again!
