Well I was disappointed car only had 3000 miles on it top

Well I was disappointed car only had 3000 miles on it top rail lost piece off of it 1000 for new rail can’t just get the piece though you should replace it

The oil changes I have gotten with my oil change program

The oil changes I have gotten with my oil change program have been good and the staff is always friendly. That being said, they do try to over sell you. I needed a new tire after blowing mine out. I already knew the tires (I knew I’d have to get two) would be more expensive here but I needed an oil change anyways and for convenience decided to just get the tires too. They tried to convince me that I had to buy four new tires in order to have an alignment done because my car is all wheel drive. I said no as my lease is almost up and I was not going to pay for four new tires that I would only get a few month use out of. They tried to tell me they couldn’t do the alignment and when it was clear I didn’t believe that they said they would “try.” Then the guy came back and told me they were able to do the alignment but I’d have a warning light on all the time because the tread on the front and back being uneven would set off a sensor. I said I didn’t care. This was all a couple months ago. No warning light ever appeared.

They were not forth coming about the car.

They were not forth coming about the car. Some things don’t work. I was not told.Salesman told me the car was thoroughly gone over before going out on the lot for sale.
