Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Sold me a car that does not work as they sold. The back entertainment center does not work like they said. They will not make it right and have stopped communicating with me. I now have been working with corporate and if they don't resolve this situation, I will be hiring an attorney. They also tried making me pay for a protection plan that was $2500 because they supposedly put it on already. That is an option when buying a car.

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated by everyone! Colton was my salesman and he went above and beyond to get me just what I wanted and needed for a vehicle. He had the car I purchased detailed, washed and filled the gas tank! That, to me, was amazing! It may not have been sale to the company but Colton treated me like royalty! I can't say enough about the service I received.

Great to deal with. Scheduling service is easy, work is completed efficiently and thoroughly, and service staff actively assist in planning future service. Level of courtesy is probably in the top 2 dealers I have worked with. Highly recommended!

I would give them no stars if I could.
I would give them no stars if I could. I am absolutely livid. I was looking for a new car and looked at a ton and had it narrowed down to 2. I decided to get the Armada because it has the entertainment screens in the back seats. Turns out they do not work as stated and no way to fix it. They do not care. Nor does Nissan corporate. They told me they will not let me return the car. Too bad. Basically, I have to live with it

I have voiced my concerns and wants and i was told too bad. Please have someone with authority give me a call. Tammy has my number and knows the situation.
Well I called you, left a message and still no call back.
As of August 30th I did not receive any phone call or email from the dealership. I tried calling and email. They have ghosted me.

You do a nice job, always friendly, but you do not have
You do a nice job, always friendly, but you do not have my service visits match up with your call reminders, or your coupons. I come have my service completed and two weeks later I get messages " that you miss me, or it's time for my oil change" and then I get card in mail saying use on next service and it expires before my next oil change is do.
