Really great with the whole process of getting my new transmission; being my Murano was only 17k miles! Replaces obviously over warranty; and he was great with all communication! This dealership is great, in Ames!

Zerrick, the salesperson who helped find the right car
Zerrick, the salesperson who helped find the right car for me, was awesome & Super patient with the process. On the other hand, whomever was the male who did my signing and paperwork with me was extremely pushy. Kept trying to sell me on things that I insisted I did not want or need and then talked to me in a way that made it seem as though he did not think I understood how vehicle coverages and car insurance worked, which I’m sure was because it was myself and then my roommate who had come along to help me, and we are both young females.
