Great Service

I liked how friendly everyone was and how willing they were to work with me and my budget. The person who worked with me also was very helpful when it came to buying my first car

Awesome Experience!

Love the available inventory, willingness to make a deal that worked for us, courteous staff and salespeople, ease of making the deal. Love the same day purchase!! So different from a few years ago with other dealerships!!

very clean and helpful and treated with respect

Kevin was very nice and honest. He was upfront with me regarding my payments. He helped me to get a vehicle. Kia of Clay was clean, friendly. It had coffee and soda for the customers which is very nice as the wait is usually a bit. I appreciate everything your company did for me.

What can I say, it was a great buying experience !

Well id must say the whole experience from start to finish was a very pleasant experience . I would like to recognize my sales representative Mo ( Maurice) Brown for taking the time to answer my questions and working with me in regards to accommodating my monthly payments. Superb customer satisfaction

I feel that every person I have had contact with at Fuccillo Kia of Clay cares about me, my vehicle and our safety together on the roads and highways of Syracuse. I have never been shown more courtesy, timeliness, accuracy and concern anywhere. Customer service is supreme and there is never a doubt that the employees are happy in and with their careers at Fuccillo Kia of Clay. Well done folks :)

Great service at Fucillo's Kia.

Friendliness, answered all questions, could get an appointment when it was convenient for me and even though I did not use the shuttle, I know it is there if I need it.

Great Car Leasing Experience!

I was extremely impressed with my car buying experience at your dealership. Kevin who was my salesman did an excellent job of assisting me with making an informed decision on leasing the 2016 Kia Optima in your new Horizon Blue color. He was very low keyed and showed an exceptional amount of knowledge about the cars that were of interest to me. With zero down and all the normal add on cost associated with car leasing included for no extra money out of pocket, I was blown away with the bottom line of getting into a 36 month lease. Thank you for taking the pain out of what I initially viewed as a complicated process associated with leasing, and making it simple, $0 out the door with the 1st month payment included was just fantastic! Thank you Kevin and thank you Kia for offering incredibly competitive discounts and all the extra costs being included. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Kevin and your dealership in the future.
