Service

Fast friendly service and the waiting room was clean with fresh coffee and popcorn. The staff was great, very helpful and the car was left clean. It was a very good experience!!!

Bought new car

Horrible, pushy, didn't get what we asked for...& it will be last experience with Kia...bought something we did not want....returned to ask questions & we were ignored..

Enjoyable experience

The entire staff, from tbe service dept. to checking out was quick,efficient, helpful,courteous and friendly. The waiting room was clean and tidy.

Great new car lease experience

Maurice was great to work with and made the experience painless and easy. It was great that the dealership was open on a Sunday as I had no other time during the week. It was also nice to watch my football team on their flatscreens while the paperwork was being processed.

No pressure sales

This is our 2nd. Kia from Fuccillo. Salesman very accomadating, friendly, no pressure. Very pleased with service, and the way the facility runs.

Sales person lied about reason car was getting fixed to

Said it was to expensive but I went to Sharon Chevy wear it was getting fixed and was told it was all under warranty and the car was fine after fixed.

No Stars

This dealership took six hours to close a deal on a new Kia Sorento for me. Now it's broken and they have no sense of urgency to fix it. It's been at their service department since Aug. 15. It's now Sept. 7. And they continue to blame Kia. I'm sorry but I purchased a car from Fucillo. If they can't stand behind their product then what kind of business are they running? I expect them to replace my car now. I am done patiently waiting for some imaginary Kia technician to come and fix it. It doesn't work. It's unsafe. I'm making monthly payments on it and I can't drive it. End of story. Make it right, Fucillo. Be HUGE in a good way.
