Experience was great - no problems

Everything went smoothly. My sales rep Kevin Boutwell was wonderful as was Sherry when I picked up the Sportage. I love it!

Good Salesman makes the experience

We only come back because of our Salesman Steve Ramie. He is a great guy and works hard to help us get what we need out of a vehicle on our budget.

Great place to visit.

Scratch and dent policy

They told me that this policy took care of scratch and dents do to weather or they stuff and when I took up my car they said they would split the cost of the paint job.so I pay a lot for this policy and have to still pay half the paint job.so why buy it.I could of used the money that I spent on that to fix hood.will never buy another vehicle from them they don't back they word and policy.

My new sweet ride!

This was my third purchase from Fuccillo Kia, once again it was a pleasant experience. My original salesperson, Felix is not at this location any longer. I had met my new salesperson Kevin previously when I brought my car in for service. His concern was getting me the car I wanted even if he had to get it from another location. As luck has it the first car they drove out to show me was what I was looking for. Paper work was handled promptly, everything I signed was explained. Since this was my 3rd Soul I was familiar with most of the options on the car. The new Soul! has some new features that are awesome, heated steering wheel, power seats and air conditioned seats. The best feature is the panoramic sunroof! This is a sweet ride....

The staff was very friendly

I was very impressed with the whole staff. They were all very friendly. Brian was very knowledgeable and made us very comfortable.
