Nothing is ever impossible at Fuccillo Kia of Clay Tracy! Happy to hear we were able to meet and exceed expectations.

Great service and very professional

Our intention was to check out the Kia Sorento and then go to other dealerships to check out their cars. We test drove the Sorento, my husband liked it, and we leased it! Our salesman was the absolute best.

Great service, clean facilities

Mike personally took charge and alerted me to a dirty air filter in my car. He also had my car washed after the oil change. The young lady at the check-out was also friendly and efficient.

Everyone was knowledgeable, and concerned with my needs, making sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. I've never purchased from a dealership that took so much time to follow up after the purchase was made.

Friendly service, go out of there way to help you,

I have purchased 2 Kia's in the past there at Fuccillo Kia in Clay, and never had any problems with the vehicles or the people. Everyone there that I have dealt with were very nice and helpful.

Excellent service

The Salesman and sales manager were wonderful to me. Made me feel like I was their priority and that they genuinely care about me as a person, not just to sell me a vehicle. Customer service is very, very important. These guys are top notch!!

Excellent Salesman

Our salesman, Chris Torrese is what we liked the most. He was very helpful and knowledgable but NOT pushy! We explained what we wanted in a vehicle and he found it. We expalined where we wanted our payment and he made it happen with different options. This by far was the easiest and fastest expierence in buying a new vehicle! I went home that night and put on my facebook page what dealership to go to and what salesman to see!!!

clean and friendly

i liked hearing about how important the service to the customer is. I feel that is very very important. I didn't feel that once i drove the car away i would be forgotten and that future times i would be coming in for service that the service to me would be important to fuccillo. That makes me happy.
