Great Service

We needed to acquire a car for our son who recently graduated from college and started a job in his profession. The managerial staff and sales consultants worked with us to secure the car of choice at the right price.

The most I liked KIA was the attention of the work and professional personal, It is my second time I bay a car from FUCCILLO KIA OF CLAY and I received a great attention particularly from the selling agent Felix Ramos

Great experience.

Great service

first and foremost Im ecstatic still even after a whole week still am just as ecstatic and in love with my brand new 2014 kia optima!!! :) I liked how the service was simple easy and fast. I must say when I went with my parents to the toyota deals they would make Kia was right on top of their game when in comparison to all the amentities and excellent customer service! not saying toyota is the best out there or anything because I don't beleive they are, but other than Kia in clay they were the only dealers i knew of that offered soda and snacks was toyota, and Im glad to see someone blow them right out of the water like Kia of clay when it comes to that....by the way...the popcorn....fantastic!!!! :) I worked with Sal and he was excellent every step of the way!

The sales rep.sal was great ,although the store was was very busy sal took his time with each of his customers .i would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

loved it!

As a recent college grad this was the first time I've ever bought a car. From the moment I stepped on the lot I had a grear experience. Brandon was excellent. He never made me feel pressured and was more than willing to go out of his way to meet my requests! The dealership was very clean and everyone was very friendly!

Pushy sales people

My husband called the Sunday before Memorial day (to see if they would be open) at the time we were having problems with our car and thought about buying a new one. The lady that answered the phone must of took our number from caller id...and said we had to make an appointment to look at cars. So, we decided not to even go there and by Tuesday at noon one of their sales people called our house twice. By the end of the week they've emailed me three times wondering if we were still going to buy a new car. They seem to be very pushy and use guerrilla warfare tactics.
