Great Customer service, fabulous staff

Kevin Boutwell was awesome. He went out of his way to get me the color car I wanted. I was going to settle for a color I wan't excited about because I wanted a particular car. He got me what I really wanted and I want to thank him personally. This is the third time we have bought a car from him. Thanks again!

A great car buying experience!

Our Sales Rep Sal was FANTASTIC! He didnt play any games, was honest and straightforward with us, didnt pressure us into anything, and when the time came presented us with options that were best for us and not best for him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at and let us test drive them in different conditions so we could see how well they handled. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

great service and clean

Brandon Crossman was wonderful with explaining everything to me in detail so I was comfortable and he was very patient with me when it came to picking out the right car for me.

Just what we expected!

Very knowledgeable salesperson. Beverages were very nice since it was a hot day. Other salespeople who weren't associated with the sale were also very friendly.

Great Service - especially from salesperson!!!

Being a woman, I have always hated having to deal with car dealerships to the point where I have been brought to tears. Your salesperson, Sherii McIntosh, made my experience a delight. She really makes a customer feel as though they are getting their monies worth.

service and purchase

Friendly and comfortable atmosphere and staff. No one is pushy like other dealerships, very nice to be able to decide what you want without a sales person worrying how big of a commission they're going to get. Service staff is well knowledged and willing to work with customers schedule. The new in and out oil change with a wash in 45 or less is great.

Pleasant experience

It was relatively inexpensive considering the fact that it was an oil change from a dealership. You fixed something that was covered under warranty. Also, you washed my car and gave me a delicious chocolate - covered pretzel. Excellent.

Service and repair

pleasant staff, comfortable waiting area, with excellent coffee. as it was early morning appt. they made popcorn just as I was leaving. smelled good too. would recommend possibly having a little bake shop style area for muffins or doughnuts for morning appointments, one of the salesmen did go out for doughnuts or muffins, and did offer but it seemed like we were depriving someone on staff if we had one.
