Very good customer service

Friendly service

Friendly and informative staff. Staff is always helpful in any way and answer any questions I have pertaining to car maintenance. Facility is clean and repairs are done in a timely fashion.

Great customer service!

I liked that my salesman Sal did not rush me to make a decision on my purchase even though he had another customer waiting for him.

Fuccillo

Our salesman Tim Jacks was excellent. Very nice and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond our expectations. I had to come back for the rust protection and he was right there to help me out with a loaner car.

hot 2014 kia Cadenza

Well a few years ago had not good experience when we bought our kia soul.but this Time chris our sales person, and management made sure our experience was the best service ever the worked nonstop all day to get me and Tom in a car we really love I mean they really cared this time and did not make us feel we were just a sale and they put hours to get us in a pay ment we wanted we could not be happen in the way we were treated thank you much kia of clay il tell everyone one to go see chris if in the market for new or used vehicle

overpriced dented car

i bought a 2012 kia rio hatchback. salesman was nice , they sold us an overpriced car that had dents in the hood also behind three wheel walls. we could pay to fix them hope this cars last until we pay it off.
