great customer service

Salesman well informed on the features of the vehicles and how they compare to each other. Did not feel pressured to purchase something i did not like.

Great experience!

What I liked mostly was the sales person was not too pushy or insulting and the sales consultant Kevin Boutwell was very kind, friendly, and patient with me in explaining all the features of my car to me. He was very knowledgable about the car.

The great customer service- always polite and friendly! If you are waiting while the service is being performed, they update you regularly so you don't sit and wonder if they forgot you were there!

Knowledgable

The salesman was pleasant and very knowledgable. I purchased the first car I lookd at - but he didn't offer to show me only one other. That was O.K.but thought he should have offered a few others,

Excellent car buying experience

Great service we all felt welcome.

Best place to purchase a vehicle

We have purchased a vehicle from Sal in the past and he makes the process easy. He gives all the information we need and answers all our questions. He is not pushy, just informative and we like that...there is no pressure. The people that we worked with were again excellent and not pushy. Thank you to Sal,Dave(finance guy) and Kelly. Sal goes above and beyond to assist us, thank you. I will continue to drive the hour and a half to work with Sal and the Clay dealership, it's always a pleasure!
