Your service department is clean and waiting room great by reading newpaper and having a soft drink when waiting for car get done in a hour. Service tech. came out let me know what was done and that is a big +.

I went in with my daughter to buy her a new car, because...
I went in with my daughter to buy her a new car, because she had someone hit her and they totaled the car, the salesperson was very nice and knowledgable, but both sales managers were jerks. The last one that came over to us got very load and made an xxx of himself, when he said "if you think you can buy this car any cheaper someplace else you need to go there" and we did. They were at $19,000 total financed with $2000 in rebates and with $4,000 down and I went to Kia of East Syracuse and got $17,500 total financed for the same car, equipment and all with $4880 in discount and the same $4,000 down. I would never tell anyone to go to Fuccillo of anything ever. If that who Fuccillo's have as employees, again I would never tell anyone to go there. Billy Fuccillo you need to take a hard look at that facility and make some changes because those people are very rude.......

Great service
All the time the salesman (sal) took with me even though it was difficult to get the right financing for me. He didn't give up and worked out the best deal for my situation. He made me feel like I was his only priority.

Great salesperson
It was a good experience. We thought we might look for awhile, but it ended up being the only place we looked. No one ever likes the car buying experience, and we dreaded it, but Sherii made it pleasant. She understood our needs, parameters and stressors. She was very easy to work with. The main reason we settled on the car we bought and Fucillo is that we were allowed to take it overnight. It helped us be much more comfortable with a decision we were hedging on. You are fortunate to have Sherii on your sales team. Dave and Kelly were fine.

Very Clean, friendly atmosphere.....
Very Clean, friendly atmosphere, TV's/Music on, beautiful lounging area with up to date magazines, and comfortable chairs, a special drawing, a chocolate Pizza given when a car is bought by a manager, kindness, drinks, popcorn, clean bathrooms. I'd definitely come back there again and again! Everyone was great!! I felt like a part of a large family.....

A great staff! The salesman I worked with (Sal) was very informative. He showed me which vehicle I should get baised on my needs. He was'nt just trying to up sell me. All of my questions at the time were answered, and we made a deal quickly and painlessly.
