most relaxing non pressure and fun experience ever

everything. our salesman was outstanding(joe wilkins) with his non pressure approach yet doing everything in his power to make it happen.thank you for such a good experience.it was huge.....ps.i am available for commercials.

Wonderful Sales people

The Sales Man Bill Kennedy he was personable knowledgeable, helpful empathic to our needs and wants. I feel his honesty made me feel very secure in my purchase. If it was not for Bill we would have tried a different dealer.

Amazing Custimer Service, Not pushy at all!

The salesman Tim Jacks was "REAL" and "HONEST" he helped us into something that we needed, and knew his stuff! Great man! My husband had a stroke days after we purchased the van and he came to the hospital for me to finish some paperwork that had to be changed. That is above an beyond! HE deserves a GOLD STAR! Thank You Tim!

Non-Pushy Salesman

Kevin was a wonderful salesman...was not pushy. He made a couple of offers to us & then asked us what it would take to get us to purchase the vehicle & was able to give us the deal we were looking for.

No pressure car buying experience!

The staff and Fuccillo Kia is very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience was smooth. Kevin was terrific and is very knowledgeable. Two days after I purchased my car I brought my 24 year old daughter for her first lease and Kevin was very patient with her and explained everything to her. I will definitely come back to purchase again!

Kia

Everyone is very courteous, friendly and accommodating!!! The service department is the best around and they will bend over backwards to be sure you leave happy. The sales department is clean and always have beverages or snacks available !

We love Joe and Dan!

Joe and Dan were fabulous. We told them what we wanted and what we expected and they delivered....twice! My husband bought a 2011 Kia Sorento in September and I bought my 2014 Kia Sorento in November. We would recommend them to every one!

Clean facilities, great service

Comfortable waiting room, everything is so clean and the time it took for the tires and the oil change was very reasonable. Loved the popcorn and coffee choices while waiting.
