great sales person

great service and presentation

greeted me at the door , my salesperson was Justin who did excellent job in getting the car I wanted . brought the car right to the door to look at with the cold weather that was great.

Excellent Customer Service!

told them what my payment needed to be and they made it happen.not like kia of east Syracuse who gets you in the door,then raise price price .

Great service, Mickey was a dream to deal with!

From the minute I stepped in the door until the sale was completed I was treated very well. I know my credit stinks but no one made me feel like I wasn't worthy of getting a new car. The fact that I was given the car to test our for a couple of days spoke volumes to me. The quick and easy flow of being qualified and processed was great as well.

Friendly salesmen, great experience

We had a great, friendly salesmen who worked with us to get us in our new van. Also the popcorn and coloring books the kept our kids happy helped!

The best of everything.

The people are very polite and are very quick to to extend their services to you from the moment you drive into the service area. You are shown to a very clean and comfortable waiting area,which they provide you with fresh coffee and the best darn popcorn and t.v.to help pass the time you are waiting for you car to be repaired. Nice going Billy, you are the HUGEST.

Great Everything

Everything. Kevin was very knowledgeable and the service was spectacular. We came in just looking for a car, and we were able to walk out with a car on the same day, which I can honestly say was incredible. Thank you so much for such a hassle free experience. Fast and efficient

Had a scheduled appointment. SM was ready for me, the performed quickly (recall items) and I have a quiet comfortable place to rest with coffee and popcorn. All was done with an hour. Very good experience over all.

Thanks Bruce, we try our best to be as efficient as possible and not keep you waiting long! We recently added another Soda cooler in the Service waiting room to go along with that Keurig and Popcorn machine!
