Great customer service

What i liked was the way Mo and Felix took there time showing me the different cars and at the end of all Felix really did a wonderful job going over every detail aabout the car.I would recommend Felix and Mo to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a new car.

Sales and service

Every one was courteous and friendly. Ease of dropping my vehicle off and I was really surprised at the how the service department went to such great care to make sure that the vehicle was returned in clean condition. (plastic wrap on the front seat and paper mats on the floor)

That I was in control of what I wanted in a vehicle and wasn't pushed to buy something I wasn't comfortable with and the sales and manager were very good

Awesome salesman

Joe is an awesome salesman. He knew a lot about the Kia brand and the features of the car. He was very friendly and he did not pressure us. He was also very professional.

Happy and quite satisfied.

The salesman and the entire staff made me feel like I was coming to a family reunion, although I never went to Kia in Clay NY before...My experience was less than good when I lived in the downstate NY area and dealt with Kia Motors. They were unfriendly and really didn't want to sell you a car. My salesman, Bryan, really made me feel like I was the most important person at the dealership.

Great experience

Our sales rep, Moe Brown, was excellent. The "extended test drive" made it possible for us to check that our new SOUL would fit into our garage and gave my husband an opportunity to drive the car too. We did extensive research online before we came to your dealership, and it was good to see that everything matched from the website to the reality of the sticker price on the car.

WONDERFUL SALES EXPERIENCE!

The salesperson I dealt with, Michael Glennon, was thorough, professional, helpful, and very good with all forms of communications throughout the purchasing process. If there were more individuals performing customer service the way Michael did for me, the service industry would be a MUCH more enjoyable place.
