Mari Valdez is a class act. She listens is attentive and kind. I hope now that our 3 yrs of service is up for concierge we get the same treatment. The service department has been nice however they are unable to figure out why the alignment I paid for that the car is still pulling to the right.

Grateful they were able to get us in and quickly fix our car as we are from out of state. They were all very easy to work with it.

Mariana and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and I cannot say a negative thing about them. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend.

5 star service! Kyle Predmore went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and out of there in optimal time.

I had to call and text several times to get to Kyle through your customer service. He sent a lyft to the wrong address and wrong cell phone number. And I was working against time and was stressed out not getting the Lyft on time. When my vehicle was ready I didn’t get a phone call but my son did whose number was on file. Even though I gave Kyle my phone number at the beginning.

Mariela is so pleasant to work with. All the times I have brought my car in, she is always welcoming and friendly. She is the definition of great customer service.

The Genesis team were all professional and friendly and easy to work with. Mariana in particular was extremely helpful.
