Sorry for such a poor rating. Doesn't have as much to do with Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos,, but that the 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance car that I purchased from this dealership is the worse costly investment in cars or anything else I have ever purchased. I would like to get an offer if you Norm Reeves Genesis of Reeves would buy the car back, although I shudder about any such offer because I think it has devalued more than any car me or my family has ever bought. It has only about 20,000 miles on it.

I will don’t recommend for your car service at here. I had a reservation at 8 am one day for my car tire change, and I already paid for new tire. When I been there, and asked is everything ready and new tire delivered yet? They told me yes, new tire delivered by before day. The service told me they could not found my new tire at 10:30 am. I spend 2 and half hours for they could not found my new tire.

Nate listened to what I wanted and offered reasonable
Nate listened to what I wanted and offered reasonable suggestions rather than pushing things I had already stated I was not interested in. He also knew the details of the vehicles and how to operate some of the unique features. I purchased a used (off lease) vehicle so I expected some minor scratches and wear. However, Norm Reeves Genesis was replacing an interior trim piece - before I test drove the vehicle - that was not all that bad to begin with. They also did an oil change and other fluid checks before putting the vehicle on the lot. What made me come to this dealership in the first place is the fact that they are part of the Costco auto purchase program and their web site will show the actual out-the-door price. Both are signs a dealership is up-front honest.
