Kyle was nice but not honest.

Kyle was nice but not honest. Told me Genesis car was driven from Cerritos to SouthBay when we bought it (not true cuz car was there day we bought it). Seemed I got bad rap for buying it at Southbay. Cerritos staff even took back a simple cheap key ring after they found out we bought car at SouthBay. I won't return to Cerritos. Will take my Genesis to SouthBay.

Perla did a fantastic job in helping me through the process. She very patiently explained all features and help me set up the electronic technology connections. She was the sole reason I chose the dealership. The finance department helped speed the process and was very knowledgable

It was smooth and seemless.

It was smooth and seemless. Minimal paperwork. They thoroughly explained everything they fixed with the car. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Mary was fantastic!
