Woke up to a flat tire and spoke with Katie who said she would fit me in to get tire repaired.Less than an hour and i was headed home problem solved.....Great service

Debbie - Hampton, NH

Although the process was a bit lengthy, I did have special circumstances coming from NH. Found the perfect car, and James Juliao walked me through being able to drive the car home that day. Oscar Caicedo went the extra mile to get me the title information required to register in NH. My overall experience was exceptional. Thank you for making my car purchase a pleasant experience!

Fitzy is awesome!

This is our second Honda bought from Fitzy. Each time we were in and out of the dealership in one and a half ours with the purchase of a new car! He is straight forward and doesn't waste your time or money. We will be back in the fall with our daughter to get another car from him!

Fantastic service

Ryan Foley was simply amazing. Truly went above and beyond to help me out. I went in hopeless and desperate, my car not starting with my spare key and work to get to in a few hours, and not only did he get my car repaired in a timely manner, he pointed me towards a rental place so I had a car to get to work for the day, and he also helped me find the part number for a part that is no longer manufactured so that I could get the part online. Words cannot express my gratitude. After all the bad things I've heard about taking your car to the dealership, this man blew away all expectations. Highly recommend talking to this guy if you need a repair for your Honda. Stellar service.

Arrogant salesman fails to check vehicle

I shoppped Carfax to replace our 2010 Honda Odyssey that was struck in the rear and totaled. I saw a vehicle with a decent price and the features we wanted at Honda Cars of Boston and a contact Rocky. As I live in Vermont, I arranged a friend to test drive. He came the next evening and test drive but due to traffic , he could not get up to speed. Enter John Fitzpatrick, salesman assigned to sale. Loud, boisterous, the ability to talk over you, and yet cannot email. I made the deal with John over 3 conversations, passed on financing and changed my pick up date to Friday on Wednesday am. Called John to make sure I had all papers(bank, insurance , ect) at which point I told him I was coming Friday. John, the best interrupter barks “ when we’re you gonna let me know”. He later apologizes again an txts me a when will I arrive ( Thursday ) I txted I’ll be The Friday to which he said that’s not what you said. I told him it’s all in his email so it didn’t turn into a he said she said. His response” I told you I don’t do emails” priceless!! Sufficed to say, another salesman helped with the transaction today. As I was about to get on the interstate 40 mph, the minivan started to shudder. Back to the dealer I go. I checked brakes and back drums were cooking. Here I sit 4 hrs latter, will stay over in Boston tonight and hope to pick up my challenged great deal tomorrow. Ps service was great, mention sales is suppose to test drive and make sure all ok.

Bad ethics, deceiving practices

I requested a quote to buy a new vehicle online, and was given a very competitive price. When i went in to purchase the car, i was told i needed to return the next day due to them going to close in 30 minutes. When I returned the next day I was told the price had gone up $1000 from the price that was previously written to me. When I asked for the company to be reasonable with me and not try to nickel and dime me for every penny they possibly could they refused. Overall, wasted 5 hours going there and back twice only to have had "Honda" raise the price $1000 the last minute. When I wrote the sales manager my experience I never received a response. I would suggest not to waste your time with them.

Good afternoon Ryan, First, please accept our apology for any inconvenience or misunderstanding. We truly regret losing any customer. When you first contacted us at the end of July, the price you were quoted was valid for that month. When we quoted you, we were unaware of lease payment s remaining on your current vehicle. When we scheduled your appointment for 3:30 PM on August 11th, we were prepared to assist you and honor the July pricing. Unfortunately, and we understand that things happen, you arrived closer to 4:30 PM which didn't allow for us to give you all of the time you deserve. We appreciated that you returned the following day. When working through the pricing, we had to take into account your remaining lease payments, of which we were happy to cover one, in addition to offering complimentary All Season Floor Mats. We truly did try our best to match what you were offered given the unexpected payments. It was with no intent to mislead and again, we regret that we were unable to earn your business. We wish you all the best in your new Honda and many happy miles. You made a great choice with the CR-V!
