My 22 Pilot was in for annual sevicing, oil change etc.

My 22 Pilot was in for annual sevicing, oil change etc. And as always the service was quick, reasonably priced and efficient. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Can you reasonably ask for anything else?

Unprofessional Manager, rude

Went there buy a civic, manager didn't want to tell the price, rude asking social security, credit score, home address. Common sense, If you don't know the price how anyone supposed to buy the product. Im sure the manager of this dealership didn't go to the grocery store giving his social security number just for asking the price of product. He was rude, I mean super rude.

Andy Tay is very racist and intimidation

Hoy 12/13/22 estuve en ese dealer para arreglar una light en mi carro y el señor Andy Tay llegó hacia mi con mucha agresividad e intimidación hacia mi persona diciéndome q el arreglo de la light cuesta $750.00 por una light el cual lo vi ridiculo y exajerado allí son unos racist y quieren manipular a las personas y como yo no pague los $750.00 dólares por la light el Andy se enojó tenía coraje por. No les deje mi dinero alli me sentí Descriminaday sentí intimidación hacia mi persona Andy es una persona unprofessional necesito q traduzcan esto al big manager pleaser ya varias personas me han comentado q el señor Andy es unprofessional en su trabajo le habla muy indecentemente a las personas

OUTSTANDING Customer Service & Staff

I recently worked with KIM SUON, Car Salesman, he was excellent! He showed me what was available, brought cars to me and he was attentive to all my needs. The dealership is great, Rocco who initially recommended I go to McGorvern was great as well along with the Management Team Mr Fonci!! Outstanding customer service, even special ordered a car for me!, coming in soon! The place was also very busy so clear indication their doing a great job! Presently waiting for car.

Outstanding Customer Service

I was very well attended by Porfirio at Honda. Everything he said he did with the outmost understanding of what I wanted. Thank you lots!! Overall I would easily recommend Honda to anyone looking for a car. Though if they want an even better experience ask for Porfirio.

New car with MISSING PART to control sliding door!

We purchased a new Honda Odyssey in 2020. The salesman, Richard Fonzi, was helpful but then we took possession of the car and right of the bat, there was a problem. The sliding doors wouldn't open properly. We found out that the part used for that purpose was missing. I contacted Richard and he transferred us over to his manager. The dealer installed the missing part but when I spoke to the supervisor and told him I was concerned about additional unknown missing parts, he said that he couldn't do anything about that and he would give us free oil change for a year. That's nice but doesn't help me because I don't know what else is missing from what is supposed to be a brand new car! And why would I take the car to be serviced at a dealership that obviously does not care if my car may be missing other parts?!!! We purchased the minivan new because we relied on the dealership to give us a safe fully functioning family car. That was not what we received. We received a car with a missing part and may not know what else is missing or what may go wrong. When reaching out to the dealership, they provided an inadequate improper response. They should have paid for an independent diagnostics of the car and made sure it was fully functional, and that no crucial safety feature was missing. They did not do that. They brushed it off hoping that something terrible does not happen. When buy a car from this dealership, in my opinion you are rolling the dice.

Great place!

Went to this place to purchase a new car, at first I went in and had the mindset made already on what I wanted, but after speaking with Kim, my sales rep. He helped me make a better decision that would help me in the long run. I’m in love with my brand new 2021 Honda Accord. Highly recommend this place for first time buyers or any type of use for a car you’re looking for. They will do anything to help you get the best price and meet your expectations on the car you want. Amazing place.
