4:00 appt. for an oil change and a car wash it took 2 1/2 hours to complete and got NO CAR WASH ! Enough said Awful service Dept.

I took my car to Honda Cars of Boston to get my tire, which had a nail in it, repaired. The first time I went in, I left due to the wait, but returned two days later. Stephanie was so nice and pleasant to work with, and ended up not charging me for the repair since I had come back a second time that week. I was very impressed by her kindness and service.

They had a 3 year old Accord with 6,000 miles on it, certified pre-owned, so with a one year warranty. The car is almost brand new and I paid almost $10,000 less than for a new 2017.

I'm very happy with the experience I had with this dealership. I was in the market for a 2017 CR-V LX AWD and reached out to many dealers via email to get their best out the door price. Honda Cars of Boston emailed me back promptly with their best price, which beat the other 15 dealers I had contacted. When I was ready to buy and called/went to the dealership, I was treated with friendliness and courtesy. What I really appreciated was that I wasn't subjected to high pressure sales or a salesperson trying to upsell me once I arrived at the dealership. I left paying the price agreed upon, end of story. Isaac was the salesperson I dealt with in person, and he was fantastic. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transaction with no hassle.
