UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE AND SERVISE ADVISORS
Unbelievably fantastic. Mark did 2 things: 1. Savedmy life by finding major scfrew up with power steering. 2. Handled my transmission disaster is an ubelievable professional maner. I am so so so pleasd with Lannan and mark, and i learned difference between dumb and smart people. Smart people buy thier cars from Lannan. Additionally, I have had my regular service done by the person sitting next to mark. Bad with names, but he always impresses me with expertise, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to be sure that I get theverybest service in USA

real nice looking store,big jump from the old store,nice talking to a sale rep that can answer every question that I had.just driving the new Silverado from my last one,was a 2007, big differents,the 2007 never cost me any heart acke, it was a great truck. George chris walsh.

Service to vehicle Survey
Saturday was my 1st time servicing my truck in Woburn after buying it from Lowell. Bob in service Dept was very friendly and explained the whole process to me when installing my info into your system. He then explained my options for oil change for my truck. I knew what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost before the service was even started. I was very much satisfied.
