We had a *woof* experience at a local dealership that was making me weary of the car buying process. I found a car I liked on echo's website. Easily made an appointment first thing in the morning. Keith was ready for us! Super friendly, never pushy, gave us time alone to chat. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. They gave me more for my trade than both carmax and driver's way, so maybe worth a try! The car buying process was painless, even on a holiday!
