I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse.
I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse. I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department. Although it was the week of Easter and they were very busy ZACK the service manager listened to my problem and was able to help me. I can't say enough about the people that work there, from sales to service. They are GREAT! If you want a new or used vehicle or service, I recommend FRED ANDERSON CHEVROLET.

Gave me a price of 120 for an oil change.
Gave me a price of 120 for an oil change. When I brought his attention to the monitor in the service dept advertising 82 he stated “I guess we can do it for that” then when I mentioned I had a coupon he stated that the coupon would make it harder. When truck was done he didn’t go over anything, just took the seat cover out and walked off. Not going back there again. Even on my paperwork it said I declined an air filter. Nobody even told me I needed on. Very dissatisfied

The Fred Anderson Collision Center did a beautiful job
The Fred Anderson Collision Center did a beautiful job repairing my car. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Blaine, who's in charge of the USAA claims, kept open communication with me and was very patient with my questions and concerns. I missed my car and I'm so happy to have her back! Thank you!
