Ernest Jones is the epitome of a phenomenal leader.

Ernest Jones is the epitome of a phenomenal leader. His energy is contagious and he's extremely transparent which makes for a seamless experience start to finish. His passion shined through in his engagement with me. He made sure I was informed throughout the entire experience. I've been in leadership/customer service for a long time and working with Ernest was such a pleasure. It was apparent that he's a servant leader at the core. He's a tremendous asset for your company and if I decide to conduct business with this location in the future it will be attributed to his experience.

I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse.

I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse. I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department. Although it was the week of Easter and they were very busy ZACK the service manager listened to my problem and was able to help me. I can't say enough about the people that work there, from sales to service. They are GREAT! If you want a new or used vehicle or service, I recommend FRED ANDERSON CHEVROLET.
