My car was scheduled to be towed on a Monday and when the...

My car was scheduled to be towed on a Monday and when the tow did not arrive, I called and the representative laughed. They came the next day but took over 2 weeks to receive the quote for my vehicle’s damages. First, I was told the damage wasn’t much but the suspension needed to be checked before I received a final quote, which I totally understand. A week after my car was picked up I had to call everyday and kept getting the run around for why my car assessment wasn’t finalized. I was told I would be called back in 15 mins but that didn’t happen. I called back an hour later and the representative wasn’t available. My car had still not been checked but was told my car would be checked first thing the next day (Friday morning). When I called Friday afternoon, my car still hadn’t been checked. I got a call at the end of the business day saying tires needed to be ordered for my car to be assessed and they wouldn’t arrive until the following Monday. That Monday I called again and was finally told the final assessment of my car.
