Customer service representative was very good and...
Customer service representative was very good and helpful. Service dept / equipment destroyed the tire while plugging a slow leak. Caused a 2 hour wait to get a smother tire from Greenville. The destroyed tire only had 14K miles. Thanks gors to the CS rep I wa s not charged.

We apologize for your experience and inconvenience. We are happy we replaced your tire at no charge to you and the unsafe tire was not reinstalled on your vehicle. We attempted to repair the tire to the tire manufacturers standards and could not. Our technician is well experienced and we feel the repair failed because of a mechanical failure of his equipment. The equipment has been inspected and updated. Please call Ken Harris at 864-303-7268 to discuss this further. Again, we are very sorry for your experience and the delay caused.

Bradshaw is fantastic! Chris Gray was great he helped me quickly my issue resolved. He also made sure I had a rental vehicle so I could get back to work I highly recommend this dealership over other GMC dealership
