I felt the service was good but the appointment setup service online should be a little more connected with the guys in the dealership. It set me up with a 4:30pm appointment time but said something about needing to leave my car with them.

The service department is terrible, every vehicle I take in for service always be returned with them causing other mechanical problems that it did not have

Not sure at this time if I want the Service Department working on my vehicle again, I am considering taking it to another Cadilliac certified service center to correct the problem they created and ask for a refund for the service they performed and it was not fixed , and request that Bradshaw pay for getting having the service done.

My salesperson, Donn, was very personable. He agreed to fix the issues I saw with the car. The finance guy, I can’t remember his name (wife is a veterinarian) didn’t pressure me. I had wonderful conversation with both gentlemen. They customized my options to fit my budget. Their first offer was fair. There was no long, drawn out process to waste my day. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with personality. I am anxious to see how they treat me with regards to servicing my vehicle as I plan to shop there for my mother a dependable car with an honest, fair price.

Easy to get timely service for my Equinox. Staff is...

Easy to get timely service for my Equinox. Staff is knowledgeable and keeping me informed of needed or/recommended inspections and servicing. I usually wait while work is being performed and like the fact that it's done quickly. Waiting area is large enough that customers are easily able to allow distancing.
