Left the dealership after getting my oil changed and then...
Left the dealership after getting my oil changed and then a warning light came on saying my oil pressure was low. I called the dealership and was instructed to come back. As I was driving there my car made terrible noises and then shut off. All the oil came out of my car. I called the dealership and it took over an hour for them to get a shuttle to me and tow my car. I did receive a rental, but this happened on Friday and is now Tuesday and nothing is resolved. I called the dealership yesterday (Monday) and was told I would get a call today from Ken, yet I haven’t heard back and they close in a couple hours. I have let my lawyer know the situation and I am ready to move forward with a law suit if this doesn’t get taken care. I understand mistakes happen, but this is the worst service I’ve received when trying to resolve the issue.

Service associate Mr. Bush was personable and efficient. 2021 Cadillac needs new brakes. Fixed a recall while car was in service; however, brakes had to be ordered.

It was decent… the man that I was dealing with had to...
It was decent… the man that I was dealing with had to call me to ask what exactly what they were doing after we had a 30 minute conversation about what needed to be done. It was a simple calibration to a sensor and took 2 days to complete.

Could not rotate my tires since I had lost my lug nut...
Could not rotate my tires since I had lost my lug nut key. Dealership did not have a universal set to take off. Had to drive to another dealership to have them removed and put another set on.
