Not sure at this time if I want the Service Department working on my vehicle again, I am considering taking it to another Cadilliac certified service center to correct the problem they created and ask for a refund for the service they performed and it was not fixed , and request that Bradshaw pay for getting having the service done.

My salesperson, Donn, was very personable. He agreed to fix the issues I saw with the car. The finance guy, I can’t remember his name (wife is a veterinarian) didn’t pressure me. I had wonderful conversation with both gentlemen. They customized my options to fit my budget. Their first offer was fair. There was no long, drawn out process to waste my day. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with personality. I am anxious to see how they treat me with regards to servicing my vehicle as I plan to shop there for my mother a dependable car with an honest, fair price.

Easy to get timely service for my Equinox. Staff is knowledgeable and keeping me informed of needed or/recommended inspections and servicing. I usually wait while work is being performed and like the fact that it's done quickly. Waiting area is large enough that customers are easily able to allow distancing.

Left the dealership after getting my oil changed and then...
Left the dealership after getting my oil changed and then a warning light came on saying my oil pressure was low. I called the dealership and was instructed to come back. As I was driving there my car made terrible noises and then shut off. All the oil came out of my car. I called the dealership and it took over an hour for them to get a shuttle to me and tow my car. I did receive a rental, but this happened on Friday and is now Tuesday and nothing is resolved. I called the dealership yesterday (Monday) and was told I would get a call today from Ken, yet I haven’t heard back and they close in a couple hours. I have let my lawyer know the situation and I am ready to move forward with a law suit if this doesn’t get taken care. I understand mistakes happen, but this is the worst service I’ve received when trying to resolve the issue.
