Awful experience that started well and was ruined by the Sales Manager Brandon Rutherford, who represents everything that makes cay buying have a poor stigma for the experience. Stay far and clear from Grubbs Acura as if they hire this type of individual in a sales leadership position, it makes me believe senior leadership is equally lacking in moral character.
