Buyer beware on used auto purchase!
Buyer beware on used auto purchase! I purchased a used high mileage truck from Grubbs. The salesman told me at one point that he would just tell his wife to get over it and pay the asking price (roughly). They also tried to give me $5k for my trade in (sold it myself in 2 days for $12k cash). Salesman also told me that the truck had been "gone through" and that everything was good on it. After purchase I learned that the Brake rotors are warped causing the rear end to bounce when braking (didn't do it on test drive, three days between test drive and purchase). My mechanic suggested i take it back to them. They agreed that they are warped and tried to charge me to replace them and only the back ones at that. They quoted me over $400 for just the rear and said that was just materials. My mechanic said less for parts and labor. They tried to rip me off several different times.

DON'T GO TO GRUBBS ACURA, GRAPEVINE!
DON'T GO TO GRUBBS ACURA, GRAPEVINE!!! I recently visited Grubbs Acura and dealt with Maseeh Khan and Will Adams III. I agreed to terms on a 2013 RDX. It had a scratch on the back which they agreed to fix. Everyday they asked for an extension on fixing it, saying they were working on it and asking for more time. After a week Maseeh Khan told me they never worked on it and refused to give me straight answer on what is going on. His boss Will Adams was rude and also had no answers. I have now emailed the GM and climbing up the chain of command to get my 7500 deposit back. Next up is legal action. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THID PLACE!! RUN!!!

I expected so much more from grubs dealership it is exactly like the reviews or saying they are too big of a company to have this type of ratings from customers. I purchased a vehicle 4 to 5 years ago saw it on the internet when I got there they found a car similar to the one that I saw on the internet only to find out the car was never there when I questioned them about the vehicle they told me it was gone they talked me into getting the vehicle that I purchased only to find out the next day it had damages on the door since I went that night I was unable to see the damages until the next day would never have brought it under those conditions. Buyers beware

They've been sued multiple times for deceptive trade violations as well as RICO violations. They are now being sued by the state of Oklahoma. Use extreme caution when dealing with these guys.
