I purchased a 2026 Acura Integra A-Spec on May 6, 2026, and traded in my 2026 Chevy Equinox. Unfortunately, my experience with your dealership during and after the sale did not reflect the “Relationship Driven” values promoted by your organization. I initially worked with Mackenzie before Assistant Sales Manager Onye Mandu took over the transaction. I came to the dealership specifically because of the advertised offers, including up to $5,000 additional trade-in value and 2.99% APR financing on a new 2026 Acura. While I acknowledge that I overlooked the “60 months” financing term, I was never clearly informed of this limitation during the sales process. Throughout the negotiation, I felt that any reductions made in one area were offset by additional fees elsewhere. For example, I declined the $2,495 Grubbs Protection Package but was told it was mandatory because it had already been added to the vehicle. Although $495 for LoJack was removed, other charges continued to be added. After spending nearly six hours at the dealership, I finally met with Finance Manager Kenneth Clark after closing time and learned the advertised APR only applied to a 60-month term. While he reduced the interest rate by 1% to help, a $1,400 prepaid oil change package was added, which I was told could not be removed since the interest rate was bought down. Overall, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and lacked transparency. I arrived shortly before 5:00 PM and did not leave until after 11:00 PM. My disappointment continued after the purchase. It took 12 business days (5/22/26), for the payoff on my trade-in vehicle to be sent to my credit union, and the balance was still not paid in full, leaving a little under $150 remaining. When I contacted Mackenzie, I was told the dealership only paid the amount I initially provided. However, EVERYONE knows payoff amounts change daily due to per diem interest, and my credit union confirmed that the dealership never requested an official 10-day payoff quote. I also attempted to speak with Sales Manager Ivan Martinez regarding this issue. After being placed on hold for approximately 90 minutes, the call was miraculously disconnected on their end without resolution. In addition, when it was time to fill up the vehicle for the first time, I texted Mackenzie to confirm what fuel should be used since the owner’s manual recommends premium gasoline. I’ve never had a vehicle that required premium. She advised me that the dealership used midgrade fuel on the day I purchased the vehicle and stated that Integra’s do not require premium. I informed her that the gas station I was at offered 87, 89, 90, and 93 octane options, and her response was, “Whatever you want, you can put 87.” I found this response concerning, as I expected clearer and more accurate guidance from a sales representative regarding the proper care and operation of the vehicle, I had just purchased. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service, communication, and transparency I received throughout this experience. I would appreciate prompt follow-up regarding the remaining payoff balance and a response addressing these concerns. FYI: I made this review on their website Wednesday, May 27th, shortly afterwards, someone responded to the review and said they'll be reaching out to me about the remaining balance due and my concerns and it's Sunday and I am still waiting.

I had the pleasure of working with Ali when looking for a new vehicle. He listened to what I was wanting, staying within my budget and addressed all my concerns. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to others.

I wanted to wait before writing this review so I could reflect on the experience calmly and objectively. Unfortunately, my purchase and service experience with Grubb’s Acura turned into the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. On May 6, 2026, I purchased a used 2025 Volkswagen Atlas from Grubb’s Acura after scheduling a test drive with Kelly. During the walkaround, I was shown several scratches and dents and was told the service department could remove or buff them out before delivery. During the test drive, the tire pressure warning light was on, but I was told it would reset after driving. The same day I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on and the tire pressure light remained active. I immediately contacted Kelly, who instructed me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership. I did so the following day and was told my vehicle would receive priority service because I was a recent buyer. What followed was nearly two weeks of delays, inconsistent communication, and frustration. I only received updates when I personally reached out to ask for them. Eventually, I was told the vehicle had been sent to Volkswagen for warranty repairs and that parts had to be ordered. When the vehicle was finally returned to me on May 20, the condition of the car was unacceptable. The white markings used by the service department to identify scratches and dents were still visible on the exterior. The scratches themselves were still present, the vehicle had clearly not been properly washed or detailed, and the interior still contained grease smudges and dirt I had previously pointed out. What concerned me most was discovering that over 100 additional miles had been added to the vehicle while it was in service, and the full tank of gas I left it with had been reduced to approximately half a tank. Considering I live only 16 miles from the dealership, this raised serious concerns for me. I spoke with both Dan and Omar regarding these issues. While apologies were offered, many of the responses felt dismissive or excusatory rather than solutions-focused. By the end of the process, I had completely lost confidence in the dealership’s service department and chose not to return the vehicle for additional correction work. Instead, I paid out of pocket to have the vehicle professionally detailed elsewhere. The initial sales interaction was pleasant enough, but the post-sale experience, service quality, communication, and overall handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.

Reached after setting up an appointment to look at a car for my daughter. Was supposed to meet up with Ivan but met Justin. We were told that car is upfront and ready, it took 25 mins to find the car and they got the car in a very very dirty condition, not even worth sitting in let alone riding. Justin tried explaining they only got the car a few days ago and so it wasnt cleaned. I asked to see Ivan and Justin said he was not available. Some very very arrogant gentleman called Nick came and basically said "So YOU are upset coz the car is dirty"... so matter of factly, no respect whatsoever. Almost an insulting, condascending tone infront of the family. I said Im upset coz you wasted our time. Then started saying you are raising your voice and walked off...Wonder how they sell premium cars with those customer service ethics!!!! NEVER GRUBBS!! Pictures are the actual car which they "got ready and pulled upfront"!!

False business practices and lies. I was there to purchase a 2026 Acura MDX SH-AWD. Within the first days these issues became prevalent. The salesperson told me there were upper vents in the 2nd/3rd row of the vehicle which was a big thing that I need as I have a small child in a car seat (there weren’t upper vents), that the “connectivity issues would be resolved with an update (they weren’t and I’m still having repeated issues), and that we could get the financial terms stated on the website. In addition, the a/c system doesn’t even keep the car cool/cold on a hot day (90 isn’t even that hot in Texas) it couldn’t beep up and it’s a brand new vehicle. Financing displayed on the website is why I went to this dealer in the first place. I am a well qualified buyer with an excellent credit score and was asking for a contract length of 60 or 72 months which is what is displayed in the promotion on the website. I went back and forth with my salesperson who was bringing information between myself and the finance manager (Ivan) I asked about this promotion 10+ times and was told it was what I was getting but when putting in the information into an appropriate calculator that was not the equivalent interest rate. I asked her to ask him about this and he wouldn’t approve it. I then asked him about it directly for which he answered “you would need like a $30000 down payment as it’s a “buy-down” rate we offer.” Upon further discussion he then said “I mean you would need like $7k down that you just don’t have,”I asked about the promotional displayed and he said “well I came up with the terms so it’s up to me.” But then later they said I was getting the terms I wanted and the monthly rate I wanted. Then when signing documents they first presented me with paper copies of formal financial documents they quickly flipped through because they said these aren’t the “real documents,” (which they weren’t) and that I would go over them more with finance upstairs when I signed the real ones. I did not get to talk with him about the documents, he handed me one of those electronic signing pads where he told me “sign here, initial here” repeatedly and at no point was I actually shown the terms on my documents. I don’t know what percentage rate it was at until going home the next day as he gave me the documents on a USB-A drive and they were not able to be viewed immediately. My computer at home doesn’t even have a port for this, I needed to use someone else’s device to view any documents as they were not given to me in paper form where I could immediately review or a drive that my 2025 MacBook could use.

buying experience was okay, shady pratice by sales associate and company, trying to up sell on protection and additonal coverage that i don't want and even saying one of the pkg i can't opt of so i had to buy it. he spoke about it to existance, like it was complimentary thats what made it worst when i saw it on the line item. the finance process was smooth though, i came from out of town, but will not buy from this dealer again, i have had better non hassle experience at previous dealerships.

Jacob and his whole team always do a great job start to finish. While this is my first Acura, I have bought several Infiniti products and so have my friends. We always go to Grubbs when it's time for a new car.

I have been attempting to contact someone in Finance regarding the status of the cancelation and prorated refund for a service/protection plan. I turned in all of the required paperwork to Bruce in Finance on 1/22 and as of today (2/27) I’ve not been able to speak with anyone for a status. I have called multiple times (the phone rings and then disconnects), left messages with Sales (they answered the phone), talked to the receptionist who said she was sending an email for a Finance manager to call me back, and I’ve even emailed Christopher Fitter (Finance Director) twice with no response. Customer Service is obviously a low priority. Bet if I was trying to buy a car, my phone would be ringing off the hook. Do better, Grubbs Acura!
