I would have given zero stars but had to give one to

I would have given zero stars but had to give one to write the review, my wife was adamant about bringing the car to the dealership she has a 2015 Land Rover sport with the check engine light on the dashboard $1376 later for an ozone hose that was replaced and diagnose an engine leak from my valve cover gasket which were both wrong, The valve cover gaskets were not leaking and the ozone hose was a wrong diagnosis because my engine light came on a week later again!! So I took it to a real mechanic euro craft motorsports in Watertown honest reliable and knows what he was doing $331 later my problem was fixed so never ever ever go to Land rover of Boston if you need a real Machanic go to Watertown!

Rex is an extremely nice sale.

Rex is an extremely nice sale. He worked overtime to help me with a trade-in. Even though I didn't actually purchase the sale due to multiple reasons, he is always nice and patient with me. Peggie

No need to repeat the experience again, Victor started

No need to repeat the experience again, Victor started off great, and then knowing something was not being taken care of for one of his customers and not saying anything, unforgivable, unacceptable. You lost more than one customer.

I am not sure how this dealership is rated so high.

I am not sure how this dealership is rated so high. Dropped off my car Monday (no loaner car available). The dealer ship is addressing the same issues not fixed in April. I was told it would take a few days. Well..4 days laters it is the weekend and I have not heard from the dealership and I cannot get anyone to return my calls from the dealership (and I need my car). Checked the APP for my car and my car has been sleep for 4 days...has not been touched in 4 days. What kind of 4 star service is this? FRUSTRATED!

Rex was incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable, responsive and patient. I couldn't recommend him enough. I had endless questions as it was my first time buying from a dealership and I'm elated with my purchase.

Vic Argueta made me feel comfortable in the showroom!

Vic Argueta made me feel comfortable in the showroom! He took me on a tour, and guided me through the cars available. He was informative and answered with honesty and patience. Vic was attentive, efficient, professional, and focused on making sure that i received the best deal possible. I never felt rushed throughout the process. The financing was very informative, and he explained the process efficiently. Whenever I return to Boston Jaguar, I will ask for Vic, and you should too!

Victor was super helpful and honest.He took a lot of the worries out of buying a vehicle based on pictures, sight unseen. Highly recommend Victor as your salesperson.
