I needed work during Covid and the dealership I bought

I needed work during Covid and the dealership I bought from in Hanover seemed unable or unwilling to work on my car. JLR Boston took it, gave me a loaner for an extended period of time while we waited for parts and was very good at communication. after numerous new JLR purchases I was ready to write them off when i feared more dealerships would not actually service the vehicles until Boston changed my experience for the better. Fredericka R. and Michael R. were exceptionally pleasant to work with. well done!
