2013 F150 Raptor
I have purchased 2 different F-150's from Suburban Ford, with the courteous staff and friendly Service department. Jim Belk my salesman has always gone out of his way to make my purchase very comfortable experience. I even received a personal call from Jim Elder on my birthday. I wont shop for a new car or truck anywhere else!

My first buying experience at Suburban Ford, a salesman approached me and offered his help and expertise. I ended up buying a 2013 Escape. My second experience (several months later) I sought him out and purchased a 2013 F-150. I am very, very satisfied with the whole sales and service experience. Even though there are a few Ford dealers closer to my home. Also, their service department is second to none.

I love the Surburban Collection
Surburban ford of Sterling Heights and all of the other Surburban collection dealers are great. I know when buying a car, new or used I will always get a great deal. I take my car into Surburban for maintance and they are always fast, friendly, and reasonable.

New Car Buying Experience at Suburban Ford
We enjoyed a delightful experience buying our new car. The salesperson (Kellie Kraemer) and the sales manager (J.R. Peterson) clearly and thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered all our questions. We were never pressured at any time. Some of the electronic equipment in the car was new to us. Kellie patiently explained the operation of the vehicle's equipment in a friendly and unhurried manner. We really appreciated that. Best of all, the sales staff listened to us and answered our questions. The financial check out process (paying for the car) was an unexpected treat. The financial representative (Sarah Long) was professional, warm, friendly, and competent. Overall, this was one of the best major purchase experiences we've ever had. Our new Ford looks great and runs great, too!

Love my experience!
We bought a car from Suburban Ford in 2011 so we knew there would be great customer service,Inventory, and finance options available. Oh, I forgot to mention the good deal on the car I decided to take home! We had bought our last car through our wonderful sales rep Timothy O'Connor and when we found out he was still there, we were delighted to deal with him again. He was patient,careing, and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and that all of my needs were met. Note to Tim- It took a couple days to learn how to use all the options in the car but Im a pro now, Thanks Again.

Out of Our Way Because It's Worth It!!
My husband and I travel from Troy to Sterling Hgts. despite the fact that there are two Ford Dealerships located closer to us! This is the second car we have purchased from the Suburban Ford dealership and both times we have found them to go out of their way to be certain that the vehicle is ready when scheduled for pick up. Our salesman, John Lease had a car ready for us to test drive and he had the figures and paperwork completed before our arrival. Mr. Lease willingly took time to show the entire family how various components of the car were set up. He even offered to program our personal phone. When Suburban Ford tells you that your new car will have a full tank of gas - they MEAN it. Several other dealerships claim that will be the case and when you drive away you realize it is 3/4 full. We found the receptionist and all of the employees to be very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to purchasing our third car from this dealership in the near future.

Great Experience
