Kyle Dahl handled my last service experience and did an extremely professional job. Job was done correctly, on time, and arranged my transportation to and from dealership. I've yet to have a bad experience at this dealership. Rob and Kellie Kraemer are the two best people I've ever dealt with purchasing a vehicle. I have either purchased or leased all of my cars from Suburban Ford for the past 20 years. I would not think of going anywhere else. Why? Because I trust Suburban Ford. I value TRUST more than anything. I trust the people. I trust the product. I had a major problem within the first year of my present lease. I was told I had to get a "loaner"; but I never took out the "loaner insurance". I told my story to the manager at Ford Suburban and he immediately gave me a loaner for as long as I needed to get my car fixed at NO CHARGE. My salesperson, Tammy, is the most honest salesperson I have ever dealt with in any major purchase. I feel safe going to Suburban Ford because I do trust Tammy and the company. I do not know anything about a car, but because I trust the Service Department, I, again, trust what they say I need to keep my car in perfect running condition.
