I didn't have a lot of money for a down payment and...

I didn't have a lot of money for a down payment and Rachel helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs. I initially had some reservations because the car is a bit older, but it seems to have been very well maintained and during the finance process, I learned of some things that made me feel even more at ease with my purchase. The process took a long time, but I have to say that it was worth it in the end. Thanks Rachel and Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights!

Suburban Ford - Sterling Heights

Just purchased a new truck from Flora at Suburban Ford. Drove 40 miles out of my way, and will do so with my next vehicle. She was so informative and supportive through the entire process.

This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere.

Suburban Ford made me hate them.

Was out shopping for a car, found one I liked. Sat at the salesman's desk for 7hrs, literally, only to find out I was his first sale EVER. They played games and gave promises only to get me to swipe my credit card to give them the funds. I refused to give them anything until they met my demands. Car is garbage but it was an emergency situation. Will get a NEW car in January, not from them though. I hated their service and I hated their salespeople. For a month they blew up my email wanting a review. Here you go. They use trickery, deception and wear you down. Not me though because I needed a car by the morning. Will never buy from them again, and if they send me another email I'll reply the same. Hate that dealership and hate the people. Period.

I have to say Rachel Kupke was great. I walked away a couple times thinking I wouldn’t find anything I like. Rachel stayed working hard until something I liked and in my budget. If you want a sales person that’s going to stay working for you. Pick Rachel
