Tampa/Brandon location was cold and matter of fact. 1st step hello at front bar/counter. 2nd step interest expressed in a car go to side bar/counter and test drive vehicle. 3rd step go to back bar/counter wait for financing agent. While several cubicles with desks and chairs remain empty/unoccupied while I spend over 6 hours on a stool. Advertised price on their website misleading. A charge for Elite Protection Insurance added to your bill after you go to the financing bar. Not a choice, forced on you if you buy their car, $1,495.00 (another office fee) covers clearcoat on paint, seats if you spill coffee and tires if you get a flat. Anti-theft Ins $499.00 was also put on my purchase order, which I declined. Predelivery fee added $1,200 which they later explained means their office fee. I purchased a car, 2023, I spent 6.5 hours there, never kept me abreast of where I was in line, no one offered me water or anything to drink, and their interest was the next guy to come in the door while I waited "at" the finance bar/counter. The car warning lite came on when we left "Oil change required". The car was not cleaned/detailed. No gas in car, it took 15.16 gallons of gas, car holds 18 gallons. No spare key given, no spare tire. When I told the manager of the oil needing to be changed, after arguing he researched car and they in fact did not do one. He made me an appointment 5 days later for oil change and detailing the car since it was not cleaned. I spent 4 hours waiting on detailing to be done and oil change. 2 hours into my wait I was told they weren't doing oil change the car didn't need one. 2 more hours later, after arguing they did oil change, said detailing was done that's why I waited so long. They did adjust my invoice to remove $499 charge for insurance I had declined. Again they did not clean car. 4 hours later I was livid, showed Manager the untouched car still dirty, God forbid I said "one" cuss word at the end of 4 hours which allowed the manager to do nothing ... walked away no apology while saying "have a nice day". Worst run dealership ever. Save your blood pressure. We all deserve to be treated better. My biggest disappointment is Customer Service means nothing. Managers have no accountability.

People were great very professional.

People were great very professional. Car was as advertised. Once the fees were added it was one of the most expensive SUVs.

Bought a 2017 Infiniti QX 60 it was trash is that the dealership right now I haven’t even made my first payment. This dealership will not honor their name as being a good dealer and switch that vehicle out. I know there has to A lemon law I need someone from the dealership to help me with this. They were selling me a car, pulled my credit, told me it

They were selling me a car, pulled my credit, told me it was already sold to someone else, and then register it for $2000 higher because it is at a new location. GM told me “the price if the unit is the price of the unit” and had really nothing else to say, not even apologizing for the company’s miscommunication and disorganization. Terrible brand representation.
