Old bait and switch.
Old bait and switch. I called and asked to speak to a salesman. The guy I talked to said he could help. I wanted to know the out the door price. He gave it to me and I wrote it all down. Since I was headed 120 miles away I wanted to be sure. And I told that to the salesman it was going to be about three hours before I got there. When I showed up. The dea.ership tacked on another $1500.00 for a ceramic window glaze they did before I got there and tire protection and seat rip and tear insurance. Which I tried to decline. They said tuff its there way or the highway. Would never buy anything from these guys. I see roughly 320 people a month in my business. I will make dang sure all 320+ people know what happened at H-Greg.

Don't get ripped off with the add-ons.
Went to buy a car is marked at 17100 by the time I left it cost me $26,000. They added stuff that I never approved of. I thought I was getting a good deal but by the time I left I got ripped off. They put add-ons on and wouldn't remove them within 24 hours. Great service. The only good person was the finance guy Henry.

They only address good reviews
Was looking to purchase a vehicle so I came to the reviews. Many reviews are excellent and all get responses from the company. The bad reviews all seem to be valid and not the customers fault and the company does not respond which leads me to believe they don’t have the best customer service… I think I’ll pass and share the reviews with others because that’s just not right
