Worst place to buy a car. Stay away. Sell damaged cars. Worst experience ever buying a car.

Don’t purchase with them they really take from the people cars are LEMONS! Got a2020 Kia sorento was back 3 days later cus transmission was going out! But was told oh it’s fixed no issues and it had been 2 more occasions where I was calling back and setting appointments missing work burning gas to bring my car back for them to finally say they will fix it but yet, they feel it’s ok for a customer to have to make car payment and have to pay for a rental out of pocket because they sell lemons. That’s why they give u a 5day warranty hoping nothing goes wrong in the 5days so they can say sorry you’re out of warranty! The sale people lie tell you that you with this bank and to find out someone else is taking ya money from a different company weeks before your bill is due! I’m definitely reaching out to the BBB!

Old bait and switch. I called and asked to speak to a salesman. The guy I talked to said he could help. I wanted to know the out the door price. He gave it to me and I wrote it all down. Since I was headed 120 miles away I wanted to be sure. And I told that to the salesman it was going to be about three hours before I got there. When I showed up. The dea.ership tacked on another $1500.00 for a ceramic window glaze they did before I got there and tire protection and seat rip and tear insurance. Which I tried to decline. They said tuff its there way or the highway. Would never buy anything from these guys. I see roughly 320 people a month in my business. I will make dang sure all 320+ people know what happened at H-Greg.
