SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time!

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time! Bumped the price of a used car up $1000 after we test drove and said we were interested. Came back the next day to purchase and they added the $1000 to the bottom line!! The sales manager Josh- just a cocky jerk. No thanks!! We won’t buy from another Koons anything AGAIN!!

The Service Department staff members were very friendly

The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. The staff also kept me updated regarding the service progress. This made my experience a pleasant one.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Minh Le was very responsive and gave us the price upfront so we could be prepared when we arrived. He walked us through everything and did a great job. When you go buy a new Kia be sure to ask for Minh Le.

My experience with the sales associate Tomas Wiedel was

My experience with the sales associate Tomas Wiedel was amazing. We’ve been in talks for a 2024 KIA for about 4 weeks and he constantly checked in on me. I let him know my situation and he made it happen once I was ready to come in to visit. His communication is great and I didn’t feel like I was being “hassled” to get a car like how other dealerships treat you. I appreciate Tomas so much and also Jon Lefko who assisted with the financing portion. Both men really took care of me and I’m forever grateful. Thank you!!!!!
