My experience was very positive. Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions. Most importantly, I didn’t feel any pressure throughout the process

Service was quick and polite. The place is clean. Everyone is pretty friendly who works there. They get the job done without a lot of waiting.

I’m staring to question the integrity of the service

I’m staring to question the integrity of the service department. My last three maintenance services I had to bring to the service reps attention that work that I paid for was not completed. Having pointing these items out that were not completed, I received a lame apology. My vehicle is taken back onto service department which cost more of my time.I also don’t like that fact that prices aren’t listed on board for customer viewing. I feel Like they quote any price they want and I don’t have any guideline to dispute with.

This will be my last time visiting this dealership for any reason. I will take my car to a different dealership for any further work, and I will not be returning to buy my next vehicle. At one service appointment they left the oil drain plug loose. I was out my vehicle for several days, and had to pay to get it towed. At my last appointment I had to fight to get coverage from the maintenance plan THEY sold me and they STILL didn't complete all the required maintenance. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Staff was comforting, patient and explained everything so that I could understand. The time I entered for service until I was released was a little over an hour.

Working with a salesman for over a month in regards to a specific make/model/color. When the vehicle finally arrived this dealer sold my vehicle, and wasting my time. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

Up to their old tricks of deceptive pricing .

Up to their old tricks of deceptive pricing ..may need another letter to MD’s AG.. trying to purchase a 2025 sorrento hybrid with Mr. Roy that was advertised on their website with a discount of 7365 and can purchase for 41125 but his offer sheet was 1375 higher .. he said they add destination back in.. I said why you are charging me twice then.. your where discounting the msrp by 7365.. the msrp # already has destination in it.. he stated it did not!!.. I said when you build the car on Kia’s website it shows the same msrp as your dealership and it includes destination.. he stated again we car discounting car and we always add the destination back in.. I said thank you and good bye!!!.. what a crock of xxxx!!!!
