duh is the place to go. they are considerate and trust worthy. their service skills are second to none. And their sales force, especially jimmy and Christine are the best. They create deals not aggravation

Nanuet Honda is the best dealer I have never seen.

Nanuet Honda is the best dealer I have never seen. The sales persons are extraordinary. I buy a CRV EX 2024 . Good deal.

A pleasant experience

Definitely a pleasant experience at DHC. There was a little confusion regarding the car I had selected on line, but they were quick to resolve the matter. They were fair and helpful in providing for my requests and accommodating in reaching an agreement on the sale. Nelson made time despite a hectic schedule and appointments, Thank You Nelson.

Not happy with my latest service visit.

Not happy with my latest service visit. Paid for lifetime oil changes (up to 4 a year). When I brought the car I was told I wasnt allowed to get the oil change because I exceeded the allowed amount of changes in the calendar year (it was only my second). I had to come back with my contract and service department still didn't want to hear it even though I had the documentation. I had to ask to speak to a manager to get it fixed. Wasted a lot of time at the dealer and didn't even get an apology for the mistake on their end.

Long chose a car. The choice was from several brands. I saw a Honda CRV car on the Internet. Decided to visit DCH Honda Nanuet. I chose the set I wanted. Many thanks to the manager Carlos. He did all the work very professionally, passed the test drive, demonstrated all the functions and options of the car.. Answered all my questions. Therefore, everything went at the highest level. I am satisfied with the purchase. Carlos is a true professional.
