DCH Honda of Nanuet

This dealership service department has to be one of the worst in the country scheduling appointments and not honoring them. There is absolutely no excuse for a customer to arrive at the dealership at 7 a.m. for a simple coolant flush and spend 4 and a half hours there to be told we didn't have the coolant needed for that vehicle. Just about every customer was complaining regarding wait times while in the waiting lobby.

We recently purchased a Honda CRV from Carlos Rodriguez at Honda of Nanuet. It was a great experience, he was so helpful, and went over all the features a few times! We told him what we wanted, price and color preferences, and the very first car he showed us was perfect! And it wasn’t white! Really a great person who was so kind, even my daughter with Down syndrome was happy with his kindness and sense of humor! Will hope to deal with him again. Every one else we dealt with was kind, and warm too, all were very professional and easy to talk to. Great dealer and dealership.

Nelson our sales rep was great. Sincere and honest. Transparent. Spent extra time to point out features and make sure we understood all options. Only negative was it took 4 hours from beginning to end which was too long. I believe that they were over loaded that day. But everyone was great. Impressive facility as well

I seldom write reviews for Dealership. But since I was so extremely happy with my experience I would rate them 5 stars. Especially Jose the sales associate he made it soo easy and less worrisome. I would highly recommend him if you planning purchasing your car thru them. Even after I took the car home they still take their time to reached for me and address some minor issues that I have in my car. A very happy customer

This dealership is strictly phenomenal! First things first, Carlos; he’s simply amazing. Before I get into how I met him, I was looking for a specific vehicle that matches My taste, needs, and especially my wants. Did a quick late night search on car gurus and happened to find the exact car I was looking for at DCH, being surprised that I found the car, I scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. I received a call the following day to confirm and went the same day. The moment I walked in Carlos greeted me, asked what can he assist me with, I told him and from there continued the journey of the best service I ever received from a dealership. After chatting for a bit, Carlos grabbed the keys and we went out for a drive, he explained every detail about the vehicle, every question I had, he answered to the fullest extent and didn’t spare any details. Once we were done with the test drive, we went back inside and discussed the business end. Every possible number that would have come up he spoke to Me about so there wasn’t any confusion, misunderstanding, nor the infamous hidden fees that pop up at other dealers. If I asked he answered. He sold Me the vehicle without Me even stating I was gonna purchase said vehicle, that’s how great he is at what he does. Two weeks later I returned, met Carlos at his desk and the magic began, the paperwork was a breeze, Carlos was everywhere handling business due to it being a super busy Saturday, but even though it was super busy, the most important thing is he still treated Me and My family as if we were the only customers in the building and that’s why he is such a great salesman. He’s patient, attentive, personable, understanding and non judgmental. I asked him questions while he was assisting another guest and as soon as he was finished with that guest, he came and assisted me with any and everything I needed. He treats all of his clients as if they’re the only one in the building, he makes you feel like a star from the moment you walk in through the door. And I definitely do feel like a star driving in My new Audi. And he even follows up with you after you purchase a vehicle or not. I had a minor speaker issue(music is really important to me lol) and he got on it right away, sent him a video of the issue and he called Me, scheduled a day for Me to come in and took care of it. I’m definitely recommending him to anyone and everyone I know who wants/needs to buy a car without any issues or headaches. He’s great! Also a big shoutout to James in finance. He explained all the questions I had as this was My first vehicle purchase.
