Excellent Excellent Excellent

I have been to many dealerships and never have I ever experienced service like I received from DCH Honda of Nanuet. Khary is by far the service advisor I have dealt with. DCH has done a great service to Honda by employing him. Thank you and I will definitely be back to see him wherever he goes!!!!

they did a good job on my 2016 Honda civic. I don't remember service agent name. Help - that is enough reporting. Very, very good.

Amazing save....

Was under a very tight schedule that could not be interrupted for @ least 2+ wks going forward, had a portion of my exhaust system fall off on a highway trip from MD to NJ, and DCH Nanuet not only took the Pilot in without an appointment, near 3 pm, but resolved the issue in the same day, restoring both the Pilot's lost power and resolving the unbearable noise from the exhaust system's deterioration. This was an extremely appreciated turnaround, and allowed my scheduled events to be completed on time.

Cant Believe this

I sold my car to Honda of Nanuet on Feb 19th, There was money owed on the car as it was financed, They said they would pay it, as of today MArch 6th chase did not get the payoff. The account is going into delinquency because they did not pay off chase. This will mess up my credit

Awful two day experience that left us more problems than we

The worst customer service. This place will screw you. Do NOT give this place the time of day. We left with more problems than we arrived with and were scrutenized by staff when bringing up the concerns. They were impersonal and condescending. I do not recommend to ANYONE.
