Ralph Dragon had helped me find the perfect car, and I could not be anymore please. He was so friendly from the moment he stepped outside and greeted my family and I. I highly recommend others to see Ralph due to his great personality and determination, I felt comfortable knowing he cared about me getting the right car even if I didn't get one (but I did) thanks again for my Accord!!!

These guys tried to royally rip me off and were entirely unapologetic about it. I walked in ready to commit to leasing a specific car with an offer from another dealership. They told me that the deal I was promised was really low but they would beat it "because we just hate those guys so much." Entirely unprofessional, but I had no personal stake in their feud, I just wanted the best deal for the specific car I wanted. They proceeded to spend half an hour trying to convince me to compromise on lease terms and car color and when I wouldn't budge they requested a $3,200 deposit to find the car for me since they didn't have it on the lot and told me it should be ready in 2 weeks. Two weeks later they told me my car did not exist and offered me a different car yet again before they refunded my money. Funny how within 72 hours of walking into another dealership I drove off in the exact car I wanted, with the lease terms that were discussed, as promised. Oh, and they were honest with me treated me with respect.

absolutely the worst dealership ever. go anywhere but Nanuet!! the pad the bill and lie right to your face about it. so, so sorry I went there. beware

I was sold a used car that supposedly passed their inspection, which i mistakenly trusted. The car was for my son who was away at school, Weeks later when he got home we discovered that half the speakers in the car were broken, the door lock on the passenger side did not function. When i brought the car to a mechanic he showed me signs that the milage shown on the car was probably not correct and that the indicated was rolled back. I wouldn't trust these people as far as you could throw one of their cars. That car was not safe, I got rid of it and replaced with a Subaru.

I had an appointment today with Michael Bryant. He is the most respectful Service Man I've ever worked with. It's very comforting to know If I ever need any furthur assistance, He will be there to help. Great Guy
