Calm, polite, friendly salesman
My salesman, George Yuret did all he could to help me after an agravating morning at Honda of Nanuet. His friendly, calm personality really made a frustrating situation easier and he addressed the couple of problems I had (due to a lack of communication between staff some accessories got left off my new car even after I had attempted to double-checked with my Previous salesman). Joshua got me in and out of Financing without wasting a lot of my time on things I didn't want, as these guys are famous for. George also spent as much time as I needed showing me some of the upgraded details about my new fit. I will definitely recommeng George to friends!

Salesman George Yuret
I recently purchased a new Fit. George Yuret really saved my day after the original salesman I had been working with took the day off on my pick-up day and disregarded my emails confirming our appointment and regarding my downpayment. Needless to say I was pretty annoyed when I walked in. Next it turned out two of the five accessories I ordered the week before hadn't been installed, requiring extra paperwork when I insisted they be refunded. Although many of the sales staff are very friendly here I feel like my time and patience were tested due to a lack of communication between staff. Being in a business where customer service is so important I can just imagine how uncomfortable it must be to inherit an angry client. George, however took it all in stride, immediately addressed the problems and proceeded to get down to business. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with him.He was friendly and respectful and did his best to keep my visit as easy as it could be. He made sure all my questions were answered, got into the car with me to walk me through all the little details( syncing my phone, setting up the hands-free, etc.) and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I'd give THIS salesman five stars and would not hesitate to recommend him! I only wish the rest of my experience at Honda of Nanuet could have been as positive.

I bought a car Honda pilot 2008 01/22/2018 they said come back after three days car is not ready forth day I went I take a car there is tire presser light on I was in parking lot I went back they said is ok they will fix it next day I went to get there spare Key , before I am leaving front of me Honda dealer Employee driving a jeeb instead he can go right and left he revers car and hit my car ,car is Damage Now they call police we have a report they said they will fix it or you can take another car he give me loner to drive , I told them , I do not want a car, give me a another Car manager denied he does not want to give me another car He pull a key from my hand he treating a bad customer service manager and I can not take this car market value go down car has been accident $15000 dollar car has no value that time GPS not working front of glass broken radio not working , I put two thousand dollars down I need my money back or he can give me another car He force me to take a car I call police they said I can go to court I call chanel 12 I am going to report them Speacily manager darren Makofsky and Dave Aspinall I am request top of the honda dealer fired them both manager

Excellent Customer Service
Bought my very first car, a 2018 Honda CRV, with Kamu and I could not ask for a better experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through everything, from the car features to financing the car. He was patient and kind the entire time. Best of all, he gave my sister and I great deals on our cars. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

DisHonest People
Very Dishonest People. I was charged a lot more compare to market for a certified Honda Accord 2015. I was told that trade in value is $2500 but in paper they charge $2400. Most of all car had ugly scuff on front bumper which I was not able to see at the time I bought my car. And the worst of all its been more than a month, I do not have the second car key as it was missing at the time of purchase. I am very disappointed by the service, rip off and dishonesty of DCH Honda of Nanuet. No one returns your call when you request them to plz return call to resolve the issue . Please think again before making a deal with these dishonest people

DCH Honda
I came to DCH Honda of Nanuet as a sub prime borrower with a bad taste in my mouth from an unsavory experience I had at a different dealership. Being in the process of rebuilding credit is terrifying at best. Christine was attentive, personable and extremely accommodating in getting me an appointment around my hectic work schedule. She also went out of her way repeatedly to answer a barrage of questions I threw at her that normally would not be her responsibility to answer. Kevin Pingol handled my high level of anxiety....my child who was covered in mud from playing football after school who wanted to touch everything on his desk...my previous experiences...my unreasonable demands...with humor and absolute grace. Joshua Cruz took an almost impossible packaging situation and was able to work absolute magic to get me into the perfect car...NO downpayment...a reasonable payment inclusive of a power train warranty that gave me peace of mind making a commitment to a car payment. This team made this all happen in about an hour and a half...with delivery taking about 12 minutes the next day. I worked in dealerships for over 15 years. I cannot praise this team enough for their flawless customer service and execution in getting a difficult customer accommodated. I will be a perpetually returning customer as well as one who recommends this team to everyone I know.

I called a few other dealerships and met with some other Honda sales personnel, hoping to get the best deal I could find. Christine was helpful, friendly and eager to assist, searching inventory all over the area for the exact car I wanted. They did that!...super amazing
Dave the General manager was amazing, professional, and responsive, he did what no one could do with my case and got me out my Honda Civic lease which I was over on miles with and hooked it up with the help of my co worker Jen who made the connection... kamu was sweet, courteous and professional as well Mike the Finance manager took really really good care of me and my sister we were in and out with no complications and I enjoy his conversation, professionalism and time....The entire staff and team worked together make a miracle happen and I’m great full for all they help n hard work... they all showed true customer service and I can see myself coming back year after year but for now I’m a enjoy this new car...:) thanks guys...
