Although I like DCH Honda of nanuet I must say I'm extremely displeased at my schedules servicing appoitment which was scheduled for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:05am and signed up. For a simple oil and fulter change I left minutes to 2pm. I am not even sure if writing this review makes any sense or difference as I already completed a survey the day After and this is the second survey three days after and NOTHING!!!

Excellent Service
Team was very communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the day. Easy process to drop off and pick up and I like that I can go to the Cashier after hours if I end up working a little late.

Great! Excellent service.
Customer service was top notch. Great experience. The service was very accommodating. I got a lot of work done and they got it done very quickly. Ever since I bought my Honda from this dealership. I have been coming back to this service center even though I don't live in the area anymore. It's very well run.

fast service
Fast and quick service. waiting though for the $25 gas card to be sent to me. They were not in stock when I brought my car in for service. You should not have the offer if the "promotion" material is not in stock. I was told however that it would be mailed soon.
