Fast and Friendly
Brought my car in to be serviced and was blown away with how fast everything was. I thought I was going to have to be there all day but that was not the case. I was greeted right away by the very friendly and plesant Rochelle who completed all my paperwork and answered all my questions ( I had a lot). I would highly recommend this service department and Rochelle Kruithoff for all your service needs!!!!

I'm very pleased with the friendly service that Steve Chan provides. He is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done on time. He eases the pain of the cost and is very helpful in making the right decisions regarding my car.

over all bay ridge lexus is exactly what a lexus customer expect it to be,with courteous service reps and well trained first class mechanics my experience with the entire staff is always a pleasant one, i also made some new friends who seems to always take time to inform me of any updates or service for my 2015 RX 350. i will only have my vehicle service by bay ridge lexus certified staff my RX is a beautiful vehicle and the only way to maintain its beauty,every day operation and value is to make an appointment at bay ridge lexus. i will continue to be a lexus owner in the future thanks

Excellent. Delivered as promised
Ahmed, Sky, Devon, Anthony and Eugene made it all happen. Each one put all the pieces together to make my experience at Bay Ridge a great one. A special thank you to Ahmed for all his hard word and for Sky for keeping his word in all that was promised. When I hit a bump Eugene Woods took care of it immediately. Thank you Bay Ridge Lexus.
