Happy with service
I came in for my 5,000 mile service and Anil was very nice.. I didn't have an appt and he was happy to take my car in. This is my 3rd car I brought from this dealer .. And will definitely see more of me.

Excellent Service Consultant
I dealt with Matthew Mcalphine who took his time and explained how my car was going to be taken care of. The day I brought my car in, he asked pertinent questions. My car was ready when he told me it would be, and he again carefully went over what had been done. Excellent Salesman
I recently purchase a 2016 GS 350 from BayRidge Lexus which by the way this is my 3rd purchase. My salesmen Mustafa Topu was excellent, he listen to what I had to say, I told him what I wanted and he went to work to find me my car. He was very professional he called me back when he said he would, I did not have to track him down. This is why I only deal with BayRidge Lexus, I never had a bad experience.

Not even interested in sales
Came in today to look at GX460, oddly enough it was not in their showroom. What was worse is that nobody even came up to us, we were wondering around the showroom with 4 sales guys enjoying their time at the concierge table. Even when we looked at them, that did not prompt any of them to come up to us. We walked out without even a hello.

Bad service
When i was going to buy my new car Lexus Rx350 sport i was very disappointed at how i was treated.They tried to give me a different model.I called the dealer to know when the car is coming,i called him a lot of times and left him a voicemail but he never responded.The sales person was Amed.
