I had an excellent experience from the service advisor (Mike Reidy) to the loaner person. Car was completed promptly and the video was helpful also. They are top notch!

I like the nice selection of beverages and snacks from which one can choose. And not to be overlooked - both my husband and I enjoyed the video of my Lexus - very interesting and tutorial.
